I’m Anu, a holistic yoga coach passionate about pain and healing. As a lifelong pain warrior who found a way to get her life back, I now help others do the same. My unique fusion of ancient yoga tools, modern science and eastern healing practices helps you tap into your innate wisdom and restore yourself from within.

The pain we experience and hold in our body often reflects the life we have lived.
Whether it is physical pain caused by injury, a pain disorder caused by emotional distress or chronic fatigue caused by burnout and overwhelm … all your pain tells a story.
When we understand the origin of our pain, we can begin to release it and the path to healing opens up.

For the first time in years I know what it’s like to be pain free
Twenty five years ago I was in a bad car crash which left me with reduced mobility and constant pain in my back. I clearly remember the day I started yoga with Anu. I could not get down on the floor or get up without support. Just eight months later I could do both. For the first time in years I know what it’s like to be pain free.

Hi, I’m Anu
A holistic hatha yoga teacher with a passion for science and healing. I love looking at ancient teachings through the lens of modern research and finding where the two align.
I am fascinated by our body’s innate ability to heal itself and the power of thought. I believe we are only just discovering the awesomeness of our mind-body-energy complex.
My own journey of healing and transformation inspired me to become a yoga teacher and help others like me reclaim their lives.
Since completing my RYT 200 Hatha Yoga training in 2019, I have expanded my learning to include Structural Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Healthy Aging and NHS certified Yoga4Health coaching. I am also a certified Pranic Healer and Rhythmic Movement Training therapist which gives me a greater understanding of pain and healing.
