Here’s the truth about healing
You have more power than you think! Our bodies hold infinite wisdom and were designed to heal.
Too often we get stuck on managing our symptoms instead of looking at the bigger picture.
Yoga tells us – that which is not resolved in the heart, gets stuck in the mind. And that which is not resolved in the mind, gets stuck in the body.
When we peel back the layers and find the origins of our pain patterns, we can begin to release that which is stuck. We can begin to heal.

Five Body Principle
We are more than just our physical body. We are also our emotional, energetic, mental, intuitive and the spiritual selves-the Panchkosha.
When any of the bodies are out of balance we experience illness and pain. So, to truly heal we must bring all five bodies into balance. This principle underpins the entire training.
Owning Your Story
If you have a chronic condition, you know it has a backstory. A big part of getting better is understanding what made you unwell. Did you endure a long period of stress before your body crashed? Or was it acute trauma or other illness?
When we own our story, we take back the power and take charge of our healing.

Reconnecting
Living with chronic pain is an experience of deep disconnect. Disconnect between our body and breath, between our nervous system and our brain, a disconnect between us and our life, a disconnect between us and our innermost true selves!
As we start to gently re-establish the connections and put back the missing pieces, we begin to find a path to wholeness.
Not Going it Alone
Living with chronic pain can be very isolating. Knowing that you are not alone and sharing your pain, your journey can be as powerful as any yoga technique or meditation.
During the retreat you will work separately but also with other participants, sharing your stories, holding space for each and healing together.

This Eight -Week Container includes
✓ PRE AND POST WELLBEING ASSESSMENTS
Before we begin you some questionnaires to assess how you are feeling in yourself. On competition we repeat the process to give you a real measure of your journey.
✓2-HOUR WEEKLY LIVE SESSIONS
These eight sessions are designed to work simultaneously on your body- mind-energy complex.
By combining gentle asanas and movement with conscious breathwork, we first work on resetting our breath patterns and calming the nervous system.
Then we focus on increasing our prana, our vital energy, reducing fatigue, rehydrating the fascia and building musculoskeletal strength.
We integrate this physical work with meditations, mudras and mantras, chakra balancing to shift our energy patterns, access the subconscious mind and rewire the brain.
We bring it all together through journaling and other group activities so we can begin to internalise the work we are doing.
As we slowly peel back the layers, we begin to address not just your pain symptoms but the cause behind the pain too.

Hi,
I’m Anu- mum, spoonie and yoga teacher.
Not too long ago, I was in your shoes. Housebound, in debilitating pain and depressed while the doctors were telling me there was nothing they could do to help.
But I was not ready to stop living. I knew, in my heart, there had to be a way out.
And there was! My higher wisdom led me to yoga and I discovered my body’s incredible ability to restore itself.
