As we come out of lockdowns, some of us are embracing the freedom with full gusto while some of us are being a bit more cautious. Whichever camp you are in, it is important to pause and acknowledge what a tough year it has been.

We have all been affected by the pandemic even if we didn’t catch the virus. Now as we move forward, we need to find a way to recover and reboot. Yoga can help us do both.

In this two hour workshop you will learn how to reset the nervous system and reboot the immune system so you can begin to heal and recover.

You will learn gentle techniques to strengthen our lungs, help us breathe better and calm the nervous system. Calming the nervous system reduces anxiety and stress and boosts our immune response. Ideal if you are experiencing symptoms of long Covid.
